Klein & Costa is an independent regional wholesaler general agent and surplus lines broker based in California. We were established in 1990 as a division of James Klein Insurance which has been in business since 1985.

We work with retail insurance agents and brokers to help you meet the nonstandard insurance needs of your clients.
